Chicago Bulls fans were really happy now because they acquired The former scoring champion in the name of Carmelo Anthony. Melo is averaging 25.8 ppg and 7.8 rpg in his entire career. The Lakers wanted him but the president of Chicago Bulls is so determined to keep Carmelo Anthony.
Carmelo is still on his prime, it just happens that the OKC Thunder and Houston Rockets didn't trust him enough. They judged him based on his ability to defend. Melo is a pretty good defender but he is not know for it.
If he stays with the Chicago Bulls he can be a mentor to Zach Lavigne who is struggling during the latest stage of the ball game. According to their assistant coach Zach is so excited to team up with Melo, for sure he can learn a not from him and can get the right knowledge to win some championships.
Los Angeles Lakers is also pursuing Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James was also excited to team up with him but there were no final negotiations yet.
